Moss partners with Airwallex to enhance UK banking capabilities

We’re excited to announce that Moss has chosen Airwallex as its new banking infrastructure provider for the UK market.

Using Airwallex’s infrastructure, Moss will now be able to offer customers enhanced payment capabilities and a broader range of embedded finance products, ultimately making spend management even simpler and more efficient.

Key changes

With this new setup, Moss Wallets and connected payment services (except Moss Cards) will be provided by Airwallex (UK) Limited, an electronic money institution authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with registration number 900876. All customer funds are safeguarded in accordance with FCA requirements.

What does this mean for Moss customers?

For Moss UK customers, the new Airwallex migration will bring a key upgrade.

You’ll be able to access global bank transfers to over 150 countries and regions in 60+ currencies from your Moss Wallet. This covers payments for both supplier invoices and employee reimbursements.

Moss optimises international payments with local payment rails wherever possible, meaning you’ll always get cost-effective payment fees and be able to take advantage of great foreign exchange rates.

These enhanced payment capabilities are accessible from the same secure, user-friendly Moss platform you’re used to.

How will the transition affect me?

If you’re a Moss UK customer your existing payment cards and subscriptions will continue to work as normal. You’ll receive more information about the switch via the Moss app.
