Moss & Remote: Save time with automated employee management

Once set up, Moss can take employee information directly from Remote to process reimbursements, update approval workflows, and automatically remove users when they leave your company.

Streamlined onboarding: Your system administrators will be notified automatically when new employees are added in Remote, removing the need for manual access tracking.

Automated offboarding: Offboarded employees in Remote will be automatically deactivated in Moss, removing access to cards and approvals without manual work for your finance team.

Smoother reimbursements: Employee bank account details are automatically pulled from Remote to streamline the employee reimbursement process.

Transfer team structure automatically: Team structure and approval hierarchy can be synced directly from Remote to ensure employees are applied to the right approval workflows. The integration allows both one-to-one and multiple team mapping.

Proactive alerts: You can receive notifications for alternate approvers when primary approvers are unavailable. Simply choose which absence types to sync from Remote and turn on delegation in Moss.

Getting Moss integrated with Remote is quick and easy. All you need is your Remote API key and you can have the connection up and running in just a few clicks.

You’ll then have access to team mapping and the option to sync your existing employee data. Any time a new employee joins your company, Moss will automatically detect them and give you the option to onboard.
