Moss welcomes Martyn Holman as new Chief Financial Officer

We’re pleased to welcome Martyn Holman to the Moss executive team as Chief Financial Officer. With over two decades of financial leadership experience, Martyn has a proven track record in high-growth tech and venture capital environments, making him an invaluable addition to our team.

Martyn’s financial expertise spans a variety of sectors. He started his career at Boston Consulting Group, where he advised FTSE 50 companies. He later transitioned to the tech and venture capital space, notably playing a key role in building Betfair, the UK’s first Unicorn, and co-founding LMAX, a top-performing company on the Times Tech Track Growth list that achieved unicorn status in 2022.

Most recently, Martyn spent over 10 years as a venture capital investor, serving as a Partner at Augmentum Fintech. During his tenure, he helped guide the firm’s portfolio of 24 fintech companies, providing strategic leadership on numerous private boards.

His extensive background in both operational finance and venture capital equips him with a nuanced understanding of financial strategy and growth in the tech sector. Martyn holds a first-class degree in engineering from Cambridge and an MBA with Distinction from Oxford.
