Before Moss
Before partnering with Moss, Tonny Media's financial management was ad-hoc and invoice-based. As they ventured into TV production, the team expanded, and they were travelling far more, they needed a way to conveniently manage spend. The old process of PDFs and Excel sheets, lead to lost receipts and inefficiencies.
Conscious of losing money via unclaimable VAT, if a colleague forgot a receipt, Jarno would send them back to the shop to get one. Moss was recommended to him by their accounting partner RS Finance, who’ve successfully implemented Moss in numerous companies.
Since using Moss
Tonny Media have stopped using traditional cards completely. Now, every team member has a set budget each month for their productions and is assigned a digital Moss card. They can buy props, lunch, and whatever else they need on-set, without having to go hunting for the office card.
